In che senso completare? Durante il festival dell'elemento (ogni mese a fine mese tranne dicembre) puoi ottenere degli oggetti speciali spendendo alcuni oggettini (durante la festa Water, i Giant Sand Dollar) che trovi facendo Gather Items nei territori dell'elemento (in questo caso Water)

quando fai gather items, in digging e scavenging vedi di poterlo fare solo nel tuo territorio, no? Ci clicchi sopra, ed escono le varie possibilità!
